On 25th September 2020 we conducted a program for feeding the needy aged people at Bethany Old Age Home by supplying groceries for the month.
There was 25 inmates of age group of 60 to 100.The inmates were so happy not only for the receipt of groceries but for the love and affection shared by our members.They appreciated the motto of the organisation that service to humanity is the best work of life

On1st June we distributed frocks to inmates of Sree Parvathy Sevanilayam Thrissur its a home for mentally

 challenged girls.We where able to distribute 10 frocks .

ENVIRONMENT DAY ;

On 5th of june we celeberated environment day at Gov.Dental Medical Collage at Mulamkunathukav.
we planted trees there and gave some plants to the doctors there

    On 13th May we conducted blood donation camp at IMA  jcrt chairperson donated blood during the camp.10 numbers particpated in the camp.

    On 23rd May MONOLOGUE EPS  Competition conducted by Zone one of our lady jc jc Manjitha Jithin own the 1st prize we jcs are proud of her .

    oN 24th May 2020 we conducted on line training MISSION 1319 by JAD.DR.HARISH KUMAR topic was very useful to parents whose kids are under the age of 13 to 19 years. jcs and non jcs participate than 50 numbers.

    The lock down period was the time people enjoyed the homely life.We conducted various programs during this period, which encouraged family participation.

    For each days programs we had different PDs

    cookery  competition for  male jcs

       On 1st April  we conducted a cookery show for male JCs,Male Jcs was to prepare the food and present the photo of the garnished item.The preparation video was also to be submitted.Most of the Jcs participated in the competition

    Know yourself

    On 2nd April we conducted  know your self competition with different types of questions in all the topics. Most of the family members  participated.The program was humorous as well as thought provoking



    PROGRAME NO:3

    Missing letters competition

    On 3rd April, we conducted missing letters competition . A sentence will be given with some missing words and the participants to find the missing Phrase within the stipulated time.The spped was evaluated.There was almost 90 % participation with family

     Identify the  photos

    On 5th April we conducted a competition on  identify the photos 
    The childhood photos of JC members and spouse were displayed and it was to be identified in a stipulated time.Almost all the members Participated.The program was humorous and created a bonding between the members



    Renaissance 2020


    During 6th to 12th of April we participated in the zone competition Renaissance 2020 .We participated in all the competitions.participants from age of 4 to 100 yrs participated in the program.
    Apart from individual prizes we achieved overall championship

    PROGRAM DIRECTOR: JC. SNIGDA HARIDAS

    On 2nd,4th and 6th March we conducted classes for 10th standard students of sevasadan where children stay from poor family back ground.we are taking classes for different subjects chemistry,english,Hindhi.
    The classes were taken by tne new Jc member Jilsa Jacob,recently married to Jc Jacob Jose along with Lakshmi Ajaykumar.

    WEAVING SMILES

    On 8th February we conducted a program weaving smile ,in connection with EVP visit.
    Dress distributed to 14  children in the age group of 1 to 8 from families of very poor financial background.A well wisher from our own chapter sponsored the same.

    On 23rd February we celebrated 100th birthday of the inmate of Bethany Old Age Home. she had not celebrated her birthday in her memory.she was so happy to celebrate her birthday with the members off jci trichur,most off the members particpeted in the programme.

    family orientation program

    We had our 1st training section for members by Dr.Civi Pulayath.It was Family Infotainment training. Members enjoyed 1.30 hrs session.The session was important for family members and kids.There was  games  during the training which reminded the parents how to talk in friend of children as well as to the spouse in front of children.The program was a pathway for a happy family life
    New members had enjoyed there 1st traning

    INSTALLATION CEREMONY 2020

    On 29th Dec 2019 we conducted the installation ceremony of the president and his team of office bearers for the year 2020
    Shri P.K.Vijaya kumar IRS was the chief guest of the function SEN Mohammed Salu zone president zone xx was the guest of honor,JAD Dr. Harish Kumar was the key note speaker. Dr.Shaji T Vargheese was honored with medical excellence award.

    JCI SEN Sudhir Achuthan was installed as the President of JCI Trichur.JC Smitha Murali was installed as the JCRT chairperson by Zone director Jc Manju Malathy.Joel Bobby was installed as the JJ chair person by Jc Jayanthi Krishnachandran

    BAKE A CAKE

    On 10th Jan 2020  we conducted a cake baking class at the residence of JCRT Vinny Fijo.8 members participated in the program.The participates got an awareness about baking the cake in such a way that it is so yummy and also to prepare the icing in a proper way.The program motivated some of the members to be an entrepreneur in cake making in a commercial mode

    FARM VISIT

    Program Director JC Dr.Liji Vargheese

    On 26th January,the republic day, we conducted a farm visit to AyurJack , a farm of jack fruit.The area was around 5 acres with more than 1000 jack fruit trees well maintained with drip irrigation facilities.The jack fruits at the hand reach was exciting for all members.

    The members got a vast information about the medicinal uses of jack fruit and also the importance of agriculture.The members got an information that government is providing good support for the development of agriculture industry.

    The farm was structured in such a way that the rain water was harvested in the soil itself.As a result of this the neighbors of the farm were not facing a water scarcity even in adverse summer. 

    The visit gave the members an inspiration that certain things done for own benefits will result in benefit for mankind.As a result of this all the members planted a jack fruit plant on the day.




    • PROGRAME  NO: 5


    REGIONAL CABINET MEET



    On 30th January we conducted a regional cabinet meet under the leadership of Thrissur regional coordinator JCRT Leeja Geo.5 chapters in and around participated in the meeting.Zone Director JCRT wing JC Manju Malathy blessed the program with her presence.

    JC Manju Malathy explained clearly the steps to be taken for the smooth functioning of the activities and there by become a living example in the area by upholding our mission to provide development opportunities that empower the young people to create positive changes

    The participants got an opportunity to socialize with other chapter officers thereby creating a bonding within.


    The members were given plantain tree for promoting Green revolution.
