AUGUST MONTHLY REPORT
PROGRAM 1
Menstrual
Hygiene is an essential aspect of hygiene for women and adolescent girls
between Menarche and Menopause. Menstruation is a naturally occurring
physiological phenomenon in adolescent girls and pre-menopausal women.
JCRT wing
of JCI Paravur Town could conduct “RHYTHM OF LIFE” training program for Jcrts
and non Jc lady Participants on August 1st. The program was chaired
by Jcrt Chairperson Jcrt Ashwathy Vijish.
Chief Guest was Jc Senator Manju Malathy, Zone Director Jcrt wing, Zone XX. The
Session were conducted by eminent national trainer and JCI India Author Jc.
HGF. Dr. Preetha Rajilan. We had the presence of JCI Senator Nirmala
Parameswaran, Zone Ambassador, Niine Prayas, Zone XX throughout the session.
Well-coordinated by our Program Director Jc Neena
Brahmasoor.

covered topics like

Menstruation cycle

When and
how to inform child about Menarche.

Various
Menstrual absorbents to manage Menstruation hygiene like Reusable cloth pads, sanitary
pads, Tampons, Menstrual Cup etc.

Women’s
Life cycle.
·
Personal
Hygiene and uses of Sanitary Napkin.
·
Appropriate
techniques to dispose used menstrual products like Incineration.
·
About
Normal Menstruation cycle.
·
PCOD
problems and their symptoms.
·
Menstrual
irregularities or missed menses in adolescents.
·
Excessive
menstrual flow.
·
About
Menopause and their symptoms like difficult in sleeping, excessive sweat,
irregular periods, mood swings etc.
The program
was well attended by 40 above participants and we had an excellent Question and
Answer section where in the facilitator could really engage with the
participants.

the training program named”Living online” conducted on 9th August by
Jc Sudheep Sebastian.

in the Srushti Webinar zoom training by JCI ARAYANKAVU “Law of Attraction”
conducted on 12th August by Jc Sudheer Menon.

of JCI Paravur Town actively participated and supported the LOM training
programme “Covid and your Health Insurance” conducted on August 13th
by our charter President and Zone Trainer Jc Rajendran. S.

Jcrt wing
of JCI Paravur Town could successfully conduct a Relationship Management
training Programme named “ Karyam Nisaram” on 15th
August. More than 40 participants joined the Zoom meeting.National Trainer JFP
Smitha Harish took the session. She discussed about the important factors that
affect the family relationship such as family issues, communication, Family
values, Responsibilities, conflicts, anger management between Husband and Wife
etc.
The Chief Guest
of the program was our Zone Director Management Jc Sreejith Sreedhar. More than
40 members join the zoom session. The programme was chaired by Jcrt chairperson Ashwathy Vijish. LOM President Jc Jiyesh Ponnedath, Regional coordinator Jc
Reshmi Murali and our Lom members were actively participated in the program. Well
coordinated by our Program Director Jc Rani Nireesh
(Joint Secretary).
PROGRAM - 6
We Jcrt
wing of JCI Paravur Town could actively participated in Independence Day
special programmes for Jcrts and lady JCs conducted in Zone XX on 15th
August. We Jcrts participated in “Selfie in Patriotic Costumes” with tricolour
costumes on that day. Jcrt Chairperson Ashwathy
Vijish initiated the programme.

in the Srushti Webinar-21 zoom meeting “Sanmanassu ullavarku Samadhanam” conducted
on 18th August by JFM Dr. Civy V Pulayath hosted by JCI Arayankavu.

in the Srushti Webinar-22 zoom meeting “KNOW YOUR POCKET” conducted on 20th
August by JCI Senator Vijish Nair.

named “PATH FINDER” conducted on 23rd August by JC. Dr. Civy
Pulayath MDS. Jcrt Chairperson Jcrt Ashwathy Vijish
was an active participant.

JCI Paravur Town in association with Global Homeopathy Lovers Forum (GHLF) could successfully distributed free homeopathic medicines to the required organizations. The programme was inaugurated by Zone President, Jc Salu Muhammed on 26th August. Jcrt Chairperson Ashwathy Vijish participated in this inaugural function.

Programme named “NIRBHAYA” only for Teenage girls of SNGIST College and ladies
of our LOM on 29th August. More than 68 participants joined the zoom
meeting. International Taekwondo Player, Joint Secretary & Technical
Committee chairman, Founder director of Jeong UI Sports & Fitness Trainer
Master Eldhose P Aby took the session. He taught us

our LOM actively participated in the program. Excellent coordination by our
Program Director Jc Neena R Krishna.
